NLP for Teachers Course is a 12-week online course that gives you the fundamentals of Neuro Linguistic Programming and how you can use NLP in the classroom to become a highly effective communicator and teacher. 
You can complete the course at your own pace over twelve weeks.  There are no specific times you need to be online.  Matthew Beeston is available to mentor and support you throughout the 12 weeks. The NLP For Teachers online course incorporates more than 35 videos supported by many resources, activities and lesson strategies.
This course is carefully designed to guide you in becoming a highly effective teacher.

​By the end of the NLP course for Teachers you will:
  • Be able to facilitate the Disney Creative strategy and develop their students creativity and problem-solving. (3.3.2)
  • Be able to facilitate the Perceptual Positions technique and develop their students empathy and problem-solving skills. (3.3.2)
  • Be able to use questions to create a deeper level of challenge, developing student subject knowledge, problem solving and critical thinking skills. (3.3.2)
  • Be able to use the NLP Spelling strategy to develop a students spelling skills. (3.3.2)
  • Be able to detect non-verbal cues in students to support student participation, engagement and achievement. (4.2.2)
  • Be able to use verbal and non-verbal communication to build rapport and support student participation, engagement and achievement. (3.5.2)
  • Write a script using pacing and leading to engage learners and support participation. (3.5.2)
  • Be able to ask chunking questions to support student understanding. (3.5.2)
  • Be able to ask questions that challenges a students faulty thinking and supports student understanding, participation, engagement and achievement. (3.5.2)
  • Develop their sensory acuity skills to interact, understand, engage and support all students. (4.2.2)
  • Be able to build rapport quickly and establish positive interactions to support all students. (4.2.2)
  • Be able to use chunking questions which enable all students to engage with the learning content. (4.2.2)
  • Be able to use Spatial anchors to create an environment where time is spent on learning tasks. (4.2.2)
  • Be able to use matching and mirroring techniques to manage student behaviour. (4.3.2)
  • Be able to create anchors for themselves and their students which help manage challenging behaviour.  (4.3.2)
  • Be able to use the perceptual positions technique and address discipline and bullying issues, fairly and respectfully.  (4.3.2)
  • Be able to ask questions that challenges a student’s faulty thinking and addresses discipline issues fairly, promptly and respectfully. (4.3.2)

With over 20 years in the public sector Matt has gained considerable experience as a lead teacher, coach and manager. Matt was recognised as an outstanding teacher gaining Advanced Skills Teacher status in the UK. Having worked at senior level for many years he's aware of the challenges that teachers face in evolving their practice with the needs of their students.
Based in Adelaide Matt delivers professional development training to groups and schools. He incorporates Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques into his programs, is a NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer and qualified teacher. His passion for education has seen him work in schools as an educational coach.
